btk24 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using btk24. By registering or logging in to the platform, you are considered to have fully accepted all of these rules.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between btk24 and its users. Please read the entire document carefully.

1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the organization operating the btk24 platform ("Platform" or "Site") and each individual using the platform ("User" or "You"). btk24 (https://btk24.cam) is an online casino and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

The definitions of some key terms used in these Terms are as follows:

  • "Account" — A personal user account registered on the btk24 platform.
  • "Balance" — The amount of deposited or earned funds available in the account.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional offer or additional credit provided by the platform.
  • "Bet" — A wager placed by a user on any game or sports event.
  • "Services" — All games, betting, and related features provided by btk24.

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use btk24 services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  1. The user must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only.
  2. The user must have the legal capacity to operate a valid personal account.
  3. Participation on the platform must not violate any local laws or regulations applicable in the user's own jurisdiction.
  4. The user must not appear on any list designated as prohibited by btk24.

Important: Registration by a minor, or participation of a minor through another person's account, is strictly prohibited. The account holder is fully responsible in this regard.

btk24 may request documents at any time for age or identity verification. The right to temporarily suspend an account until verification is complete is reserved.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

Users must create a personal account to access btk24 services. Providing accurate and truthful information at the time of registration is mandatory. Providing false information may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed.

3.3 Password and Security

The user is responsible for keeping their login details confidential. No one else may be given access to the account. Any unauthorized use of the account must be reported to the btk24 support team immediately. btk24 will not bear responsibility for any losses resulting from password sharing.

3.4 Updating Information

If any information provided in the account changes (such as a mobile number or payment method), the user is obligated to update it or notify the support team as soon as possible.

4. Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at btk24: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
  • Third-party payments are not accepted and such transactions will be rejected entirely.
  • After a successful deposit, the balance is generally added to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawal processing time: typically 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made (subject to verification rules).
  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be partially or fully held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

Withdrawal processing may take 10-45 minutes. During high traffic periods or when verification is required, it may take slightly longer.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

In the case of suspicious, unusual, or fraudulent transactions, btk24 reserves the right to hold any payment, conduct an investigation, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period, wagering requirements, and eligible game categories.
  • The same person may not claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or payment methods.
  • Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds will be added to the bonus balance and will be withdrawable after the wagering requirements are met.
  • btk24 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be fully withdrawn from the account.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

Regular users can join btk24's VIP program, which has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
  • Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
  • Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement through VIP tiers is determined based on the user's activity and participation. The specific benefits and conditions of each tier are published separately by btk24.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to each game and betting market, detailed on the relevant game or section page. Once a user confirms a bet, it is considered final and generally cannot be changed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any technical error, disconnection, or game software fault causes an abnormal result, btk24 reserves the right to void or correct that bet. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to human or software error, btk24 will correct them and bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

The rules for placing bets in the sports betting section (cricket, football, etc.), what happens if a match is abandoned or rescheduled, and the rules for odds changes are set out in btk24's dedicated sports betting rules.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on btk24:

  • Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to operate games.
  • Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
  • Cheating or colluding in any game or bet.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
  • Harassing, intimidating, or making defamatory remarks toward other users.
  • Abusing bonuses or circumventing bonus terms through multiple accounts.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, balance forfeiture, and notification of the relevant authorities if necessary.

8. Responsible Gaming

btk24 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We place the highest importance on the wellbeing and safety of our users. Users may use the following features according to their own situation:

  • Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
  • Self-Break: Temporarily close the account for a set period.
  • Permanent Exclusion: Request to permanently close the account.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Closure at User's Request

Users may request to close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed before the request is processed.

10.2 Closure by btk24

btk24 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms.
  • Evidence of false identity or fraud.
  • Use of an account by a minor.
  • Suspicious financial activity.
  • Extended period of inactivity.

The verified balance (excluding bonuses) of a permanently closed account may be returned, provided no terms violation is proven.

11. Limitation of Liability

btk24 will not be held liable for the following:

  • Losses arising from a user disclosing their own password or login credentials to another party.
  • Loss of bets due to internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues.
  • Software errors by third-party game providers.
  • Legal consequences arising from violations of laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction.
  • Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

btk24's maximum liability in any case will not exceed the actual amount of the disputed transaction.

12. Changes and Amendments to Terms

btk24 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of significant changes, users will be notified via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If a user does not accept the updated terms, they may request closure of their account.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be published on this page, and the "Last Updated" date is noted at the top.
